Silky matcha mousse made with Carnival Matcha from Japan and fresh cream, layered with a smooth vanilla-milk base and a not so sweet red bean centre, finished with a light white chocolate note. Soft, creamy, and not-too-sweet — a proper matcha dessert for matcha lovers.
