Important: Shipping Availability
Shipping is available for non-perishable products only. This includes Carnival Matcha products, Just Nuts spreads, coffee beans, merchandise (tumblers, coasters, thermal cups), and gift boxes. Perishable items (cakes, pastries, bakery boxes) are available for local delivery or in-store pickup only.
Local Delivery (Christchurch)
We offer local delivery within Christchurch during the following hours:
Delivery window: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 7 days a week
Delivery zones and fees:
- Blue Moon 5km range — $25.00
- Blue Moon 10km range — $35.00
- Blue Moon 20km range — $45.00
A minimum order of $65.00 applies to all local deliveries. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Nationwide Shipping (Non-Perishable Products Only)
We offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand for non-perishable retail products. Shipping charges are calculated based on estimated packaged size and weight. The maximum standard NZ courier bag size is 440mm x 400mm.
For items requiring additional protective boxing (e.g. glass tumblers, fragile gift sets), shipping charges may be adjusted. Shipping for boxed fragile products starts from $35 via NZ courier.
Overnight delivery: We offer overnight shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM the previous day (non-perishable products only).

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During busy periods (holidays, special events), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at hello@bluemoonbakehouse.co.nz with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
