Your cake, your way. A triple-layer shortcake base you can customise with your choice of filling and finish — strawberry & cream, chocolate, hojicha cream, earl grey cream, pistachio cream, or a gender reveal (blue & pink).

Ingredients (base)

Egg, sugar, vanilla, milk, butter, wheat flour, corn starch, water, gelatin, mascarpone. Your chosen filling and finish may add other ingredients.

Contains (base): wheat (gluten), egg, milk. Your chosen filling may add other allergens (for example nuts in pistachio or hojicha cream) — please confirm with the bakery.

Chocolate message options

"Happy Birthday" Choc Letter — our standard "Happy Birthday" wording only.
Customised Chocolate Letters (up to 25 characters) — write your own message; anything fun under 25 characters, e.g. "Love you, happy 30th" or "Congrats lawyer-to-be".

  • How it works: the base starts as shortcake, decorated with fresh cream and fruit. Tell us your preferred flavours, fillings, finishes and chocolate message — we'll do our best to make it happen.
